Our A1 German courseis designed for beginners with little or no previous knowledge of German. You will learn the essential vocabulary and grammar needed to introduce yourself, ask questions and communicate about family, housing, shopping, food, appointments, health, leisure activities and everyday life. You will practise speaking, listening, reading and writing from the start. This German course at Nuurlingua is ideal for anyone who wants to learn German for everyday life, work, vocational training, university or living in Germany. Payment via CliQ (manual) Please transfer the course fee of 200 JOD via CliQ to the alias NUURTALENT. Important: In the payment reference, please include your full name + course name. Your booking will be confirmed only after payment is received.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) These GTC apply to online German courses provided by S+R Group GmbH,Germany,under the Nuurtalent brand (“Provider”).By registering,the Participant accepts these GTC and the full GTC/Policies published on the Provider’s website. §1 Contract:Contract is concluded upon registration and written acceptance by the Provider.Contract language is English. §2 Participation:Participants must be 18+ and literate.Minors require written consent of a legal guardian. §3 Services:Course content,duration,schedule and fees follow the booking/course description.The Provider may substitute instructors.No guarantee is given for exam results,certificates,employment,visa approval or third-party recognition. §4 Payment:A non-refundable 30 JOD registration fee applies.Single courses:100% payment within 7 calendar days.Multiple courses:minimum 50% within 7 working days;balance within 2 weeks after course start.Late payment may result in suspension or loss of the course place. §5 Withdrawal/Rebooking:Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply subject to mandatory German law.Rebooking is possible up to 30 days before course start,subject to availability and a 35 JOD fee.Further cancellation/refund conditions are governed by the full GTC on the Provider’s website. §6 Courses:Minimum group size is 10.If not reached,the Provider may cancel and refund course fees,postpone the course or adjust teaching hours.Booked units expire after 12 months.Absence does not entitle to refund or extension. §7 Technical/IP:Participants are responsible for internet/equipment.Course materials may not be copied,recorded or distributed without permission. §8 Liability:Liability is governed by German law.The Provider is not responsible for Participant-side technical issues or events beyond its reasonable control.Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. §9 Data:Personal data is processed under GDPR and German law.Details,including rights,marketing and international data transfers,are stated in the Provider’s Privacy Policy. §10 Law:German law applies.Jurisdiction is Kassel where legally permissible. The current full GTC,Privacy Policy,withdrawal/cancellation rules and other applicable policies published on the Provider’s website form part of the contractual terms and shall apply in their current legally valid version.
